Issues with PE Applications - no city, state and/or zip code on addresses, missing check for application fee, the Proof of Citizenship is not being submitted and no Signature and Date on last page of the application. Please check this before submitting the application.

As of July 22, 2020, Applications will no longer be held for the above missing information. They will be returned and will cause delay in the issuing of a license.

Effective 4/1/21 Applications with any of the above missing information including checks not being signed, will have an automatic 2 month processing delay.

There will not be any licenses issued for the month of September. An application must be RECEIVED no later than noon CST August 20 in order to be considered for licensure in August.
